Our first objective was to compare the molecular features of subgroups of HNSCC defined by their HPV16 DNA and RNA status. The second objective was to identify gene expression subtypes in HNSCC and to correlate them with other characteristics of the patients.

HPV DNA and RNA status, mutations of 50 genes, survival and other clinical characteristics of 270 patients with head and neck cancer.
