Lisa's liver tumor study

Lisa, a 20 year old patient, was diagnosed with a liver tumor. She has been receiving ongoing care from her primary care physician, Dr. Miller, and various specialists. She underwent a tumor removal surgery and agreed to donate biological samples (blood, tissue) and medical data (e.g., diagnostic results, surgery records) for research purposes.  The data and biological materials will be used for scientific studies or to support further medical research. Lisa, particularly concerned about security and integrity of her health data, has asked for a detailed provenance record of all related activities. She wants to know which data are stored, where these data are stored, and who has access to these data.
