The images can be downloaded and run using a working docker environment using the following commands:

Using the initial release version 0.1.6 as an example

docker pull registry.gitlab.com/imise-genstat/metabolite-investigator-archive:0.1.6 docker run -it -p 3838:3838 registry.gitlab.com/imise-genstat/metabolite-investigator-archive:0.1.6

INITIAL STATEMENT

This file holds a (self-contained) docker image of the "Metabolite Investigator" shiny application. To execute the image, a working docker installation is necessary. See https://docs.docker.com/get-docker/ for more information. On an Unix operating system, the downloaded image can be executed from the command line with the following two commands:

gunzip -c metabolite-investigator-5e783c1a.tgz | docker load docker run -it -p 3838:3838 dreg2.life.uni-leipzig.local/lha-apps/metabolite-investigator:5e783c1a
